*Lame, generic, cookie-cutter web sites and "fly-by-nights" without a real warehouse are not considered legitimate competitors.  Why?  They usually steal content, don't stock or know the product, offer poor service, and only want to undercut everyone just to take your money.  Unfortunately for everyone, any fool can put up a cookie cutter web site and advertise ridiculously low pricing, inevitably de-valuing the product and service when the customer needs it the most. Orders after (1pm - AZ time) are processed the next business day ( + 1 day for weekend and holiday orders). Payment authorizations take 2-3 days and the transaction is approved when deposited to our bank account.  Our authorization process allows us to verify transaction legitimacy, and it allows customers time to cancel or add to an order.  Most customers receive shipments within 2-8 days of placing the order.  Products not in stock (almost everything is in stock), will be placed on backorder and shipped when they come in - at prices in effect when the item was ordered or current selling price, whichever is lower.  We may send you an out of stock or discontinued message, depending on availability frequency.  Special orders require a charge to card before we order from our supplier.  Rumbleon may substitute similar items of equal or greater value for merchandise on backorder.  Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. To cancel orders or correct information, contact us ASAP.  20% re-stock on non-defective returns, cancellation after shipped, or refusal of shipment.

Please see individual auction listing policies for items sold through EBay.  For items purchased on our web site, email or phone, polices are as follows.  Sales final 14 days after shipment receipt.  Returns < $25 = 20% re-stock fee - remaining amount issued as store credit.  Returns > $25 = 20% re-stock fee - remaining amount to be refunded.  Defective items may be returned for replacement of equal item only.   Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Refunds and replacements will not be issued until Rumbleon has inspected the returned merchandise.  The replacement process will go faster if you place a second order for the replacement, and you'll be refunded when your return is inspected.  No re-stock fee on exchanges.  20% re-stock fee on all non-defective returns, cancellation after shipped, or refusal of shipment.  Returns must have a Return Authorization Number.  RA#'s can be obtained via email only.  Items not shipped within 10 days from receipt of an RA# will be refused.  Returns must be in original mint condition with boxes, packing material, owner's manuals, unused warranty information, cables, remotes, included accessories and must be clean of any tape, writing or mutation.  No Exceptions.  Rumbleon is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  Customer must file claim with carrier within 14 days of receipt. If shipment arrives damaged, please do not refuse it...your reimbursement and replacement will happen faster if you accept the package and initiate a claim with the carrier.  Returns take up to 10-14 business days to process.  Panasonic products cannot be returned.  Personal care products may not be returned.

All products are guaranteed to be factory sealed and contain all USA warranties and registration cards, unless otherwise specified.  We occasionally offer factory-refurbished items from Advent, Recoton, and Jensen.  All factory-refurbished items will have an "R" at the end of the item number.  We also offer brand new open box items, tested and in perfect working condition...open box items will have "open box" at the end of the item number.

PLEASE BE ADVISED!  Due to fluctuations in market conditions, as well as multiple warehouse locations, Rumbleon' "live" or "real-time" inventory counts may not always be accurate.  If an item says "0" in stock, or doesn't show up in our online report, we may have the item in a different warehouse location, especially our best-selling brands.  For best results, Please Email us for Stock Status, and a member of our staff will personally verify stock status before payment is processed.  In-stock product can usually be shipped within 1-2 business days, pending payment approval.  For customer convenience, we may drop ship direct from our source.  We're good at following up on backorders, so feel free to backorder an item if you know it's out of stock and we won't charge you until it comes into stock.  This helps allocate product, reduce charge backs and provides the customer greater service.  Our customer's best interests are top priority.
